The Caribbean Sea is one of the largest seas in the world. Bounded on the west by Mexico and Central America, and on the south by Colombia and Venezuela, the northern and eastern reaches of the Caribbean are defined by a series of islands. The northern group is called the Greater Antilles and includes Cuba, Puerto Rico, Hispaniola (shared between the Dominican Republic and Haiti), and Jamaica. The eastern arc of islands is called the Lesser Antilles and it includes Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad, among many others. There is a third group of islands along the coasts of Belize, Honduras, and the Yucatan. The islands are some of the top destinations for sailing vacations as well as some of the world’s best windsurfing as well as kiteboarding and shipwreck diving. These islands, which include some of the world's best beaches and top ports of call for cruise ships, are spectacular when viewed from the ground and even more so when seen from the perspective of a drone!
