Grand Montets is a very well-known resort in the Chamonix Valley in the French Alps. It's known for its particularly challenging runs down the Aiguille d'Argentière. It lies immediately to the north of Mt. Blanc, the tallest mountain in the Alps. It is especially well known for its cable cars, which whisk skiers to a restaurant at the peak.
