This project was filmed in colloboration with the Serengeti national park in Tanzania. It was 3 weeks filming along side 2 park rangers. a specialist drone was used called the Startruss [www.2rawaerials.com/startruss-10-11] which is an x4 11inch 12s drone capable of flying a Sony FX6 Cinema camera for 11minutes at high cruising speeds. The reason for this drone was in order to access a lot of these areas vast distances needed to be covered so it was only possible with the development of a long range cinelifter. The entire project was shot on the Sony FX6 Cinema camera apart from one canyon shot in the middle of the edit. [Please note filming animals in the wild is not recommened with FPV drones, these shots are performed under supervision of expert park rangers as well as with specilaist permits from the national parks. the role of the rangers is to analyse animal behaviour and make the correct judgements on the animal well being.]
