Mountain Climbers Near the Transfagarasan Highway

AirVuz contributor mrJv2020 returns after a three year hiatus with this magnificent drone video from the Carpathian Mountains of Romania. The video captures some mountain climbers scaling a peak near Bâlea Lake in the Făgăraș Mountains, which are part of the Southern Carpathian chain of peaks. The lake lies in Sibiu County, which is part of the region of Transylvania. It lies just off the Transfăgărășan Highway, a famous 56 mi. (90 km) mountain pass road that connects Transylvania to the rest of the country to the south.
