Pristina is the capital of the Republic of Kosovo, a partially recognized Balkan state over which Serbia continues to claim sovereignty.  The majority of its roughly 200k inhabitants are ethnic Albanian, making it the second-largest Albanian-majority city in the world after the Albanian capital of Tirana.  It's located in the northeastern part of the Republic, in the Goljak Mountains.  In this excellent drone video by Arton_Krasniqi, you'll get a bird's eye view of Pristina, which has been inhabited since paleolithic times.
