Filming surfers with a first person view (FPV) drone requires extraordinary piloting skills, which are on full display in this amazing piece by AirVuz contributor and FPV pilot janjan. The video was filmed in the Cloud 9 area on the Philippine island of Siargao, one of the country's top surfing spots. As you can imagine, flying this close to the surfers (and the waves) presents unique challenges, making the resulting video all the more impressive. This video was picked for the FPV Pilots to Watch list in December, 2023.

Action and energy packed shots of local pro surfers in this beautiful location, was a really unique experience and amazing practice, which wasn't easy to do so.
