Bangkok's Temple of Dawn at Sunset

The Temple of Dawn (aka Wat Arun Temple) is one of the most recognized cultural landmarks in Bangkok, Thailand. Seen in this excellent drone video by AirVuz contributor Sir Maxwell Greene, the temple is located in the Thonburi area of the Yai District on the western side of the Thai capital. Dating to the 17th century (and possibly earlier), the Buddhist temple took on its current form when its distinctive spire was built in the 19th century. The temple underwent extensive renovation in the 2010's.

I've been sitting on this footage for a while, knowing tha it is stunningly beautiful i wanted to produce something more than just a stock footage reel, so i grabbed my Nikon and filmed a young girl sitting on a boat and tied it into a small story using the epic sunset over Wat Arun temple in Bangkok. Enjoy!
