On this episode of YourVūz, hosts Rusty Kath and Allie Krings show us drone videos of YOUR favorite pastimes. The show kicks off with aerial views of the home of the Minnesota Twins, Target Field. Twins' mascot, TC Bear stops by to help host the show and fly a drone! Bet you've never seen that before! Our first finalist, "Up North" by Christer Isulat (filipino_flight_tales), takes us sand surfing while "High Flying Runner" from AirVūz user Cody Sims (codysims) shows us aerial footage of him running down the hills as the sun sets in the distance. Find your inner yogi with Sky Visuals (skyvisuals) "Savanna," then Tim Swartz (FlyHXP) takes us and his dog fly fishing with "Fly Fishing in Jackson Hole." Ryan Johnson (Soaring Heights Imagery) shows us his stunning aerial footage of kayaking in South Africa with "The Beauty of Africa" while Shawn Brennan's (AlphaAerialMedia) "Kayak Fishing" shows us how how he fishes in Assunpink Lake. Droning out over the water is definitely a favorite pastime for many Vuzers! Matty Augustine (mattystuntz) shows us his version of a good time, FPV flying in "Bodhisattva." Did you hear ESPN 3 will be live streaming FPV racing this season?! Check out airvuz.com/news for more information. Finally, we reveal this episodes' big winner of the $500 grand prize, "Cliff Jumping Taylors Falls" by Joshua Flom (Live Your Story)! He and his friends look like they're having some serious fun. Congratulations, Joshua, thank you for showing us your aerial views! For your chance to be on next month's episode, submit your aerial views of #Spring. Use the hashtags Spring and YourVūz for your shot at $500! VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: Rusty: Welcome to YourVuz, an AirVuz original program. I'm Rusty Kath. Allie: And I'm Allie Krings. On YourVuz, we give you a challenge topic to shoot from your unique view, submit that to us, and we choose our favorite. Rusty: Our top choice wins cash. $500. Stick that in your drone and fly it. Allie: That's right. And since we learned last episode that Rusty seems to carry a baseball with him wherever he [00:00:30] goes. Rusty: That's true. Allie: And since baseball's America's national pastime, we asked you to submit your best drone footage of pastimes. Rusty: We're right outside of Target Field, home of the Minnesota Twins. Target Field, one of the premier ballparks in all of baseball. Hey! Ladies and gentlemen, T.C. Bear. How are you? Allie: Hey. Hey, so you've worked with Rusty before. How is he as a host? Rusty: How are you as a mascot? " [00:01:00] Do you have your own statue?" Touche, T.C. If you're so great, why don't you set up our first set of submissions. [00:02:00] Some great submissions of running and yoga. You work out much? Allie: Do I look like it? Rusty: How about you, Bear? Allie: Ooh. Got your tickets? Rusty: To what? Allie: The gun show. Rusty: I cannot believe I just fell for that. Next submissions. Bear, these are right up your alley. They're in the water. Allie: That's right. Check out these great submissions of kayaking and fly fishing. Rusty: [00:02:30] Hey, [00:03:00] those are some more great submissions. Allie: That's right. And before we get to our winner, big news in the world of FPV. Rusty: Yeah, FPV. First person view racing and freestyle. It's coming to ESPN. It's a favorite pastime of many of our viewers and clearly of T.C. Bear who, I believe, is competing right now. AirVuz News had [00:03:30] the story. Speaker 3: The International Drone Racing Association signed a multi-year deal with ESPN. FPV or first person view racing has been live-streamed on airvuz.com but has never been shown on a major TV network. Allie: That seems really cool. Rusty: Yeah. You can get the full story and learn about all things drone related on AirVuz News. Crashed your drone, didn't you T.C.? Allie: We've all been there. Rusty: Fortunately, [00:04:00] Josh and his friends didn't crash their drones while living out their story. (Singing). So, [00:04:30] congratulations, Josh. You are this episode's winner and the winner of $500 cash. Allie: That's right. And it's time to reveal next episode's challenge topic. Rusty: April showers bring May flowers. Allie: Spring has sprung. Rusty: Or at least it's springing. We want to see your signs of spring. Maybe it's butterflies flying or trees budding. Allie: It's wedding season. Rusty: [00:05:00] Easy Bear! Whatever your signs of spring are, we want to see them. Allie: Make sure to upload your videos by May 21st to airvuz.com When you do so, use the hashtag #yourvuz and #spring. Thanks for joining us and a big thanks to T.C. Bear for being our guest host this episode. Rusty: Thanks for being here T.C. And also thanks to Target Field and the Minnesota Twins. You can get more information at twinsbaseball.com. [00:05:30] Nice bear hug.
