Multiple Drone Video of the Week Winner T-christ-T brings us this stunning video from one of the largest lakes in Tibet.  Yamdrok Lake is located near the southern edge of the great Tibetan Plateau, about 60 mi. (around 100 km) southwest of the city of Lhasa.  The oddly-shaped lake has numerous inlets and bays, and covers a surface area of around 246 square mi (638 square km), making it one of the three largest lakes in Tibet.  Fed by numerous surrounding snow-capped mountains, the lake is considered sacred in TIbetan culture.

Due to its shape resembling a coral branch, it is also called "coral lake" in Tibetan.
