One of the world's most iconic beaches, Waikiki is located roughly halfway between downtown Honolulu and Diamond Head to its southeast, on the southern shore of Hawaii's most populous island. Among other distinctions, Waikiki is considered the birthplace of modern surfing. The video also includes footage of nearby attractions such as the Hālona Blowhole. Tonggs Beach, Waimanalo Bay, and more.

I hope you are having a great start to the year.. This video is about beautiful Waikiki (Honolulu) on the island of O'ahu in Hawaii. I was there 2 weeks ago and I loved being back in this tropical paradise. The last time I was there was 3 years ago before you know what.

The days were mostly sunny and a warm 28C/82F with little or no wind. People were flocking to the beaches and enjoying the sun and tropical water.

I walked all over the place and grabbed lots of drone shots. I also went on a photography tour with Oahu Photography Tours. Our guide Alex did an amazing job. She helped us get photos of some great places and I used my drone to capture many of the drone shots in this video.

It was a great way to see amazing places without having to hire a car or work out where to go. I have put their link below.

I got a FAA Trust Drone Certificate before arriving to make sure that I could comply with the FAA drone rules. I also used the B4UfLY app to check where I could fly. I didn't need to register my drone as I flew the Autel Nano+ 249g drone and sub-250g drones don't need to be registered with the FAA.

I hope you like the voice and music of Israel Kamakawiwoʻole. He is a famous Hawaiian singer who passed away in 1997. I did buy a copy of both songs used in this video. Link below in case you are interested.

I also went to San Diego and L.A. but I didn't have a chance to fly my drone there due to lack of time and FAA restrictions in the areas I was in.
