The video was shot during the Fall over western Utah, which is known for its spectacular rock formations, yawning canyons, and wide-open expanses of desert. At about the :45 mark, there's a great shot of the spot on Highway 163 Scenic Drive outside of Monument Valley which was made famous from its appearance in the 1994 Academy Award Winner Forrest Gump.
