It's situated in the Komi Republic, which is actually part of the Northwestern rather than Urals federal subject territory. The mountain has a peak elevation of about 1.65k meters above sea level (around 5.45k ft.). The Ural Mountains form a north-south chain and serve to divide the continents of Europe and Asia.
