Transition

Once again, I waited till the very last minute (literally counting down the processing time) to make a fun video of our life for AirVuz's contest! I'm inspired by all the really cool transitions in peoples videos, but I really wanted to try to use my own transitions. My everyday world is a constant change, something new, always running around, go, go, go and transitioning from one moment to the next. Usually filming the entire way. This whole video, to me, shows how my brain looks at everything in life. So you may not be able to understand that type of crazy! HAHA! Every memory of random footage I have filmed. From a big leaf at the botanical garden reminding me of the books about butterflies I read to my girls... Making me think of the times we skip pre-school to hit the beach and make a massive butterfly in the sand. From the amazing art murals painted by such talented artist in West Palm Beach that reminds me of how so many of my friends have green eyes, just like her. How a bromeliad plant somehow always reminds me of my spinout drone shots, and how the brown eyed girls on the mural with the words, “I can show you how to see a world, where others see a wall” will always remind me of how I raise my children to always think outside the box. Seeing how both my children use a camera or a computers mouse when we edit a video or a photo together, makes me feel SO much inside. They have “the eye” for this crazy artistic way of life. They find a heart in concrete pavement, a smiley face in the drywall bumps, they are present and aware… They have a similar way of looking for all the creative ways of life and that right there makes me feel like a massive success.
