Touch the Ice / FPV Long Range One Lipo
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
AirVuz contributor and first-person-view (FPV) pilot Menga FPV pushes his skills and battery to the limit in order to reach the icy peak in this awesome long-range flight. Throughout this freestyle session, he rushes over surprisingly diverse terrains in this one path. From a flower-filled meadow to moss-covered crags, and then finally the snow-covered glacier at the finish. Miraculously, he was able to return to home safely, having drained his 4 cell LIPO's down to a perilously-low 12 volts.

Nothing crazy here, I was not taking much risk other than having a failsafe. Although I wish I could have played more with the terrain, but my battery was more than low when I reached the glacier! I glided down hoping to make it back. Finally landed at 12V 😰 Clearview is an amazing tool, my Matek HV VTX was set on 500mw and I didn’t get any glitches even at about 2 miles away. A big thank you to my lovely antenna holder that supports me and my quads !
