Contributor and pilot Leni Sadiva created this beautiful aerial video of a hike around Mount Tongariro in New Zealand. The volcanic-origin mountain is located near the geographic center of the North Island, and stands around 2k meters (about 6.5k ft.) above sea level. If the landscape looks familiar, it may be because you've seen it in the movies: this area was the shooting location for the epic Lord of the Rings series, most of which was shot in various places around the center of the North Island.
