Tiger Roar Rock River is at the top of Mid Kau Nga Hang in Lantau Island, it is at the intersection of Mid Kau Nga and East Kau Nga. The rock river is about a hundred metre high, numerous rocks (fallen from the upper long-eroded rocks) are placed on the steep slope, and two tiger-shaped rocks at the two sides of the river are looking at and roaring to the other, the sound generated by the fallen rocks liked ‘a roar of a tiger’, it is so-called ‘Tiger Roar Rock River’.
