For a first upload to AirVuz, brand-new contributor AlexanderPallis brings us this outstanding wintertime drone video from Austria. The video was filmed near the town of Tullnerbach in the Vienna Woods, a forested area located a bit to the west of Vienna in the state of Lower Austria. A popular getaway from Vienna, the region is part of the foothills of the Northern Limestone Alps. The forest measures roughly 28 mi. long (around 45 km) by 12-19 mi. wide (about 20-30 km). The video was shot with a DJI Air 2S drone.

The Winter I waited 8 long years for and had to move from the UK to Austria to experience. So, I grabbed my DJI Air 2s, 3 batteries and a lot of handwarmers, ran out at 6am for those early morning shots, before anyone could visit the forest and disturb the snow. Filmed in the Wienerwald forest, just above Tullnerbach in Lower Austria. Drone is the DJI Air 2s, hand camera is the Panasonic GH5 for some extra b-roll in between.
