The Trendy Harborside in Baltimore, MD

Baltimore's Inner and Outer Harbors have been the scene of some of the most turnarounds in urban America. One of the neighborhoods in the epicenter of the gentrification of the area is Canton, which lies on the Outer Harbor about 3 km (around 2 mi.) east of downtown. Beginning around 2000, this historic district has seen considerable inflows of investment; it's now considered one of Baltimore's trendiest neighborhoods.
