The Royal Yacht Britannia | Leith, Scotland

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Check out this fantastic drone video of one of the world's most famous yachts, compliments of Play North. It's the HMY Britannia, which was the official yacht of the English Royal Family from 1953 to 1997. Famously, the ship transported Queen Elizabeth through the newly-opened St. Lawrence Seaway in 1959 to Chicago. Even more famously, in 1981 the Britannia took Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana on their honeymoon. The ship is now docked at the port of Leith in Edinburgh, Scotland, where it's open to visitors.
