AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Check out this fantastic first person view (FPV) drone video of one of the world's tallest statues, compliments of AirVuz contributor and FPV pilot sharpwest. He used his mini-drone to film the Guanyin of Nanshan, a 108 meter tall (354 ft.) landmark in the island nation of Taiwan. Lcoated in the southern province of Hainan, the statue is dedicated to Guanyin, a bodhisattva (an important personage, in Buddhist nomenclature) associated with compassion. Enshrined in 2005, the statue was amongst the world's dozen tallest as of mid-2020.
