This is the first of two videos which feature the Denali Highway of Alaska.  Running from Paxson to Cantwell, this mostly unpaved road was the original access to Denali National Park prior to the Parks Highway that runs between Anchorage and Fairbanks.  Unlike what the name suggests, this road does not actually go into Denali National Park.  However, this is probably one of the most scenic drives in Alaska.  In this 135 mile stretch of road which runs parallel to the Alaska Range, you can encounter forest, tundra, rivers, lakes, and wildlife.
