Mountains are like sacred shrines Where we can gather, seeking our inner selves and then we thank. We have to value the leaves, the fruits, the waters that flow through the rivers and streams, because only then can we be in full harmony, integrating completely to the environment in which we live. In the mountains we can dream, plan, contemplate, and thank. It is where the 5 senses are awakened with greater intensity. However, over the years man has been deteriorating the environment, in order to serve his own interests. We need to be aware; We must preserve; Otherwise, we will live a sad story in the future.
