Tauranga Bay Hole in The Rock

Even though it's off the main drag, Tauranga Bay Holiday Park is far from forgotten. It gets packed out every holiday season and long weekend. We got here a few days before Easter and it was starting to fill up already. It's a lovely soft sand to walk on and the scenery is magnificent. You'll see footprints galour wandering into the caves in the rockface, from all the people who had to find out how far into the rock the caves go. This isn't like the famous Hole in the Rock in the Bay of Islands but it is more accessible and you can walk through it. Music "Running Waters" by Jason Shaw via FMA
