TRANQUILITY (MOUNT PULAI, BALING, MALAYSIA)

A little back story on this amazing location. Gunung Pulai and Gunung Baling are twin peaks connected by an epic ridge line. They peak at 610 meters and 420 meters respectively. A favourite for local hikers as the climb is challenging as well as rewarding. It is also home to a system of yet to be explored caves which possibly contains untouched history. However, there has been proposal recently to make Gunung Pulai as a quarry. This will adversely affect the livelihood of the local folks. Most of the villagers are against this proposal. Thus a movement was set in motion to save Gunung Pulai. In supporting this movement, I decided to head to Gunung Pulai and Gunung Baling to try my best to capture the beauty and magic of this serene location. I did screwed my gopro settings on some shot, however tried my best to make up for it. Really do hope you enjoy watching this.
