This video endeavours to capture the joy of simple pleasures of life. That could be walking along a beach, fishing in the surf or going for a swim. It maybe by yourself or shared with another. It may even be you’re a Lone Photographer too.

But more than anything else, it is about the connection to self, and being in the moment; that’s why I’ve called this video series, The Art of Zen.

I’ve put a few captions along the way to highlight this theme…

And as usual, I have chosen a beautiful Australian location with the support of evocative music.
