Sveti Stefan is one of the more recognizable sites of Montenegro, the small country which lies along the Adriatic Sea. As seen in this drone video by Nikola Zindovic, the town is distinguished by the tiny island just a few ft./m from the mainland. The island is topped by one of the most luxurious resorts in the region, while most of the roughly 400 permanent inhabitants of the town live on the adjoining mainland. It's just a few mi./km south of the town of Budva, in the heart of the stretch of coastline known as the Budva Riviera.

Sveti Stefan is a settlement not far from Budva. Today, Sveti Stefan is connected to the mainland by a narrow isthmus. This island is the most luxurious resort in Montenegro and one of the most luxurious resorts on the Adriatic Sea. According to the 2003 census, there were 411 inhabitants (according to the 1991 census, there were 421 inhabitants). The entire island is now one of Amman's hotels. Tourists can enter at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. The price is €20 per person.
