Stillwater: The Birthplace of Minnesota

AirVuz's own tylerjmason created this beautiful drone video of Stillwater, Minnesota, a historic town on the St. Croix River about a half-hour drive northeast of downtown Minneapolis.  Now considered part of the Twin Cities area, Stillwater is sometimes called the Birthplace of Minnesota, a reference to a meeting held here in 1848 to begin the process of having Minnesota apply for statehood.  It's known for its thriving arts scene and its bars and restaurants along the river, a major tributary of the Mississippi.
