AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Located right off of the ocean, South Bayshore in Miami, Florida, USA is an elite neighborhood. Properties in the area sell for millions, which means that no matter how cool the home might be it needs to stand out in order to sell in the highly-competitive neighborhood. FPV pilot Whofpv took his Nano HD quad through one such house for sale in order to create this custom “walk through” for his client. He says the greatest thing about using his quad to show off the house isn’t necessarily how unique the footage is, it’s the amount of time he saves capturing the home this way. You know what they say, time is money!

Another Nano HD Fly Through of a property for sale in Miami. I’d say the hardest thing about real estate is that most shots can be captured handheld. I try to highlight the drones capabilities when possible but ultimately the winner here is time. This took me about 40 min to tour make a path and capture. It beats having to sit around a property for 4 hours with handheld gear. A realtor or any professionals most valuable asset is time. Be efficient. Plan and walk it again and again until you can visualize the path.
