For three-fourths of the year, the eastern coast of Brazil provides the perfect setting for kite surfing, offering up the wind, sun, beaches and waves that kite surfers crave.  Enthusiasts from all over the world travel there explicitly for it, including the adventurous drone pilot Isabelle Fabre.
