Skyrunning in Kaukaz

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Check out this stunning drone video of an epic footrace in the Caucasus Mountains of Georgia, compliments of new AirVuz contributor FLY DOG. The race has a course of 60 mi. (100 km) through some of the most beautiful alpine scenery in the world. The main line of the Caucasus Mountains forms the natural boundary between the Republic of Georgia and its Russian neighbor to the north. With peaks of up to 18.5k ft. above sea level (a bit over 5.6k m), they also form the boundary between the European and Asian continents.
