The FPV pilot says he remembers flying a fixed-wing UAV with a first generation GoPro mounted to the top in this exact spot a decade ago. The advancements that have been made in the short about of time are pretty remarkable. Now you can fly this same beach with a three-inch HD micro quad and grab arguably more incredible footage than you could with a fixed-wing 10 years ago.
