The Isle of Skye is home to some of the most spectacular natural scenery in the United Kingdom.  It's essentially an island extension of the Scottish Highlands, as the northwestern part of the semi-autonomous region of Scotland is known.  Take an aerial tour of fabled Skye in this excellent drone video by Peter van Haastrecht.  The video features excellent footage of the island's rocky coastline, as well as the interior scenery consisting of mountain glens, stately manors, and ruined castles.
