Sapa Vietnam by drone

Contributor and pilot Vincentlevu used both drone and ground cameras to produce this beautiful video of Sa Pa, a small town in the far northwestern region of Vietnam.  Sa Pa is in the Lào Cai Province, which has a long border with the Chinese state of Yunnan.  This is rocky, mountainous country, far from the lowlands and rainforests of the coastal plains.  The area was occupied by China during the short Sino-Vietnamese war which broke out in 1979, shortly after the country's unification.
