AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : The Lakes District of North West England is home to some of the highest mountain peaks in the UK, with some reaching altitudes of about 1k meters (around 3.3k ft.) above sea level. During the winter months, they generally become cold enough to be snow covered, one of the few places in the country where this happens regularly. It makes for an absolutely stunning winter scene.
