Round about 6pm. Exploring the forest with a blackmagic pocket cinema camera on a drone

Top first person view (FPV) pilot and Team AirVuz member Gab707 brings us this highly cinematic piece from the forests of Western Canada. The video was shot with a Blackmagic Pocket Camera mounted on a Shendrones Ichabod Jr frame. Made by Blackmagicdesign, the camera is a very high end piece of digital cinematography equipment, and despite its name it weighs a hefty 1.5 kg (about 3 lbs.). It's a major investment and requires some serious FPV piloting skills to fly it, but as you'll see from the video the footage is exceptional.

I probably would have cried if you had told me that one day this would be possible. This rig carries the Blackmagic Pocket cinema 4k has been a far dream for about 2 years, and I think I can finally call myself happy with it. Crisp footage, simple and efficient stabilization, superb flight characteristics, and plenty of room to hit gaps with it. I'll be making a longer video about it soon!
