Queens Fever Thoughts - South Beach Miami

The first time I heard this song, it was incredible how the lyrics were exactly how I felt for years. Late at night when the world city should be sleeping... I cant sleep because of the thoughts I sometimes have in my head and can't shake them. I get warm, then hot, then into a full blown sweat, almost like when you have a fever. I heard the song for the first time as I was driving on alligator alley going to Miami to see my sister surrounded by gorgeous models for Miami Swim Week. The lyrics also fit the scene for the city that truly wakes up at dusk, Miami Beach. So I made a little video messing with some video edits. When I first heard this song, and any good song that immediately hits my inner soul, I google the lyrics. BUT it was such a new song from an extremely up and coming artist, Louis III. A half St Lucian and half German singer-songwriter from Croydon, South London. I gave myself two hours to play around with the cell phone footage from that weekend and of course some drone footage. Although the creative side always wants to keep going, I at some point have to move on and get back to the normal editing world, even though this song is captivating and hard to turn away from. The weekend was fun, the best part was being with my sister- just the two of us being silly, bike riding dresses, rooftop madness talks, outfit changes, and enjoying our bond that is forever strong.
