Porto Timoni Beach, Corfu Island, Greece

Poprto Timoni Beach is a well-known spot on the Greek island of Corfu, in the Ionian Sea west of mainland Greece. Seen in this drone video by AirVuz contributor nikolov_kn, it's actually two beaches on either side of a narrow isthmus along a peninsula which extends from the northwestern coast of the island. It's walking distance from the town of Afionas, one of the main settlements on the sparsely populated western side of the island (the island's main town, its namesake, lies on the eastern side of the island).

This video features the twin beaches of Porto Timoni on the island of Corfu in Greece. The secluded bay can be reached by boat or by foot from the village. The path to the beach is quite challenging. It takes about 30 minutes each way and is good to walk in sneakers. The two beaches form two bays, one facing the resort of Agios Georgios and one looking towards the island of Matraki in the distance. The water is turquoise, transparent and very cold. The beaches are quite small and quite frequented.
