Multiple Drone Video of the Week Finalist la.drones brings us this excellent drone video from Palomar Mountain in Southern California.  It's actually a ridge which is part of a chain known as the Peninsular Ranges in the northern part of San Diego County, well to the north of the county's namesake city.  Famous for its telescopic observatory, Palomar Mountain reaches an altitude of 6.15k ft. above sea level (a bit under 1.9k m).  Densely forested, much of the mountain is part of the Palomar Mountain State Park.
