This is the proposal and the dream of Pedro García Carro to create the first self-sufficient, sustainable and economically affordable small-city: a promise to his children so that they will feel proud of their father in a future that, perhaps, in these times of climatic challenges, will take a good course. This project aims to revolutionize the real estate sector, creating a model in which the key clients are THE EARTH and THE CHILDREN, an economically affordable model for people that can be replicated globally.
