AirVuz contributor and drone pilot Ppsanchezf created this drone video of a town in north central Spain which was virtually destroyed during the Spanish Civil War. Belchite is located in the province of Zaragoza, the middle (north to south) of the three provinces which make up the official region of Aragon. In August and September of 1937, Nationalist and Loyalist forces fought a battle here which essentially turned Belchite into a ghost town. A "new" Belchite was subsequently built nearby.
