Over the last 25 years, no European city has changed as much as Moscow.  Despite the dislocation caused by the collapse of the Soviet Union and the financial crisis which engulfed Russia in the late 1990's, the capital city has grown enormously and emerged as a leading international business center.  While much attention has been focused on the skyscrapers of its Moscow City district, many of the city's districts have been nearly as transformed.  In this drone video by MoscopterR, you'll get a bird's eye view of the "New Moscow".
