AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Former Drone Video of the Week Finalist DroneDirector brings us this stunning drone video from the Faroe Islands, the Danish archipelago in the North Atlantic Ocean. The video was shot over the island of Mykines, which is the westernmost of the 18 principal islands which make up the group. Covering only about four square mi. (around ten square km), Mykines has a full-time population of fewer than a dozen residents. The video opens with a great shot of the long peninsula which makes up the western extent of the island.
