Melbourne is Australia's second largest city, the center of a metropolitan area of about 5 million.  It's the capital of the state of Victoria, and was the initial national capital when the modern nation of Australia was born in 1901.  It's widely considered to be the cultural center of the country, and its seaport is the its busiest. Contributor Steffshots used a DJI drone to create this beautiful early morning aerial video of the great city on Port Philip Bay, which hosted the Summer Olympics in 1956.
