MATTERHORN SWITZERLAND BY DRONE

The most well known mountain in the Alps is the Matterhorn, the distinctive looking peak which stands 4.5k meters (almost 15k ft) above sea level.   The mountain overlooks the Swiss town of Zermatt and is also clearly visible from Italy.  Contributor Droneventure used a DJI Phantom 3 Pro drone to create this impressive aerial video of the peak, which was one of the last of the great Alps mountains to be scaled and continues to hold the fascination of climbers from around the world.
