I could say that the Lumberjack's Candle bridge is one of the most popular symbols of Rovaniemi. The bridge was inaugurated on 28 September 1989, the length on the bridge is 320m and the highest pylon extends 47m from the bridge deck. The design team included, among others, engineer Algot Kettunen, M.Sc. (Eng.) Esko Järvenpää, engineer Pentti Pohjola and draftsman Hilkka Kitinprami. Architects Veli Ojanperä and Paavo Karjalainen assisted aesthetic design. I made a video, Kemijoki, Rovaniemi beach and its surroundings on September 8, 2018, when the magic of the night and Lapland were at its best. The time of filming on both sides of the sunset is good from light to dark, almost dark. The DJI Phantom 4 Pro drone was airborne for about an hour. I try to fly as slow and soft as possible. I used the Phantom 4 Pro tripod mode to soften drones. I try to keep the camera's ISO setting as low as possible but there is still some noise in the picture. The bridge exceeds 50m in total, so because of the Rovaniemi airport I could not describe the top of the pylons. The video has been shot in 4K resolution and edited with Filmora's program.
