Lake Powell Arizona

Check out this fantastic drone video of Lake Powell in the Southwestern USA, compliments of AirVuz contributor Dog and Eye Productions.  The second-largest reservoir lake in the USA by volume, the Lake Powell straddles the border between Arizona and Utah.  While Powell was created for flood control and hydroelectricity, it's also a major aquatic recreation destination in the region.  Created in the early 1970's, the lake is named after noted explorer John Wesley Powell.  The lake is over 185 mi. long (about 300 km).
