Lake Bitabergh 🍁 (Grisons, Switzerland)

Bitabergh Lake is situated at 1855 m in a light larch forest. A very nice place for a picnic or a short trip into the water when the surrounding lakes are still too cold for that. It is best reached from the Maloja-Orden dam. This is also where the children's trail ``Schmugglerweg'' starts, which adds a little smuggling adventure to the ascent to the lake.

In winter, a signposted snowshoe trail leads through the forests to Lake Bitabergh.
