Laguna de Bacalar

Bacalar Lagoon is one of the natural treasures of Mexico.  The long, narrow lake stretches for about 25 mi (around 42 km) in the state of Quintana Roo on the Yucatán Peninsula, near the border with Belize.  Running roughly parallel to the Caribbean Sea coastline, the lagoon is famous for its clear blue waters, a function of the continuous inflows from a massive system of underground streams.  You can check it out from above in this fantastic drone video by brand-new AirVuz contributor Wilburais.
