Contributor igorartmd created this beautiful aerial video of an important historical sight in the East European republic of Moldova.  It's the Kurki Monastery, which is part of the Orhei District near the middle of the country.  The monastery is located about an hour drive north of Chisenau, the Moldovan capital, and is a popular excursion from that city.  The monastery, which lies on the bank of the Vatic River, was founded in the late 18th century.   Its main church was built about a century later.
