Korea Yokji Island

Yokji Island (Yokjido) is one of a number of islands which lie in the Strait of Tsushima, the body of water which separates the Korean Peninsula from the Japanese island of Fukuoka and which connects the Sea of Japan to the Yellow Sea. The oddly-shaped island, which includes numerous peninsulas and bays, is part of the province of South Gyeongsang (Gyeongsangnam-do).
